gifts cooks love: recipes for giving is a charming cookbook, full of such interesting recipes + beautiful photographs. it includes a wide array of recipes, from sweet + savory preserved gifts, to smoked, cured + dried gifts, to baked gifts, to drink gifts. you name it – it has it in there! i truly could not have been more impressed with this cookbook. when i was asked to select one recipe to review, i could not choose at first, as there were so many appealing choices. i managed to narrow it down to two,* which both turned out amazingly well, + have also already tried a third recipe (bollywood coconut curry popcorn seasoning), which is now my favorite popcorn seasoning. with three recipes already made in less than a month + another planned for this weekend (coconut granola crunch), it is no surprise that this has become one of my favorite cookbooks.
