Best Cookbooks of 2010:
A List of Lists

It’s the last day of 2010, and like many of you, we’re taking a look back specifically, a look back at the lists of best cookbooks from this year. With the deluge of end-of-year lists that came out over the past weeks, we likely lost track of one or two, so the following is by no means an exhaustive or systematic list of lists. Still, these 13 best of lists include many of the recipe-packed, idea-inspiring cookbooks from 2010.

Although we’ve been publishing Cooks&Books&Recipes for only five months, several of our featured cookbooks are included in the lists below, along with at least four cookbooks that are scheduled to be highlighted in the weeks to come.

Of these C&B&R-featured cookbooks, the one mentioned most often (9 times) in the best of lists below is Dorie Greenspan’s Around My French Table, followed (with 6 mentions) by Melissa Clark’s In the Kitchen with a Good Appetite.
