About the Authors:
Andrew Schloss is a teacher, food writer, cookbook author, and food product developer and the author of 22 cookbook. Dave Joachim has authored, edited, or collaborated on more than 40 cookbooks. They are the co-authors of Mastering the Grill (a World Gourmand Award winner and a New York Times best-seller) and The Science of Good Food (an IACP Cookbook Award winner, a James Beard finalist, and nominated by Le Cordon Bleu Food Media Awards as Best Food Book in the World).
