Cookbook: Baking Style: Art, Craft, Recipes, by Lisa Yockelson
How can you not like a recipe with “snazzy” in its name? But then, no matter what this is called, I’d be a fan. A huge chocolate-chunk cookie made into a sophisticated tea bread with heavy cream folded in and sparkling sugar sprinkled on top? For me, that’s the definition of snazzy.
