The description of this dish says that the chicken paillards can “wow a crowd, without any fuss” and that the flavorful ingredients and easy preparation make this an “ideal dinner party dish.” You don’t have to convince me: the gorgeous photo showing sage leaves (I love sage!) neatly tucked under browned pancetta (I love pancetta!) wrapped around the grilled chicken breasts had me sold before I even read the recipe. Time for a dinner party, even if it’s just a party of one tonight.
