Cookbook — Bobby Flay’s Barbecue Addiction by Bobby Flay, Stephanie Banyas, and Sally Jackson
Are you firing up the grill again this weekend? With this recipe, grill-expert (and Food Network star) Bobby Flay offers you something a bit out of the ordinary. Having heard of grilled quesadillas (we’re based in Arizona), I’m now inspired to give this a try, especially considering the simple recipe for mole rub.
Flay’s latest cookbook also covers more-traditional American barbecue favorites, along with recipes inspired by the Southwest, New York street carts, Spain, Cuba, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Northern Italy. In addition, he and his co-authors cover the basics of cooking not just on gas and charcoal grills but also with smokers and the popular Big Green Egg — plus the utensils to use for each.
