Instead of one recipe today, we’re offering several. Because Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if you’re like some of us, you could still use lots of ideas. So here are some Thanksgiving recipes found on the web, all from recently released cookbooks.
To begin with the main star, we already posted a pointer to the recipe for Brined Roast Turkey with Sage Butter Rub, from the Fine Cooking Thanksgiving Menu Maker iPad app.
But maybe you don’t want to cook a turkey (gasp!). You could “go Italian” with Mario Batali and cook Leg of Lamb in a Clementine Crust.
